What are the shipping costs?
We ship via DHL and PostNL and their partners. There are also free shipping options. Click here for the current shipping costs.
Will you also come by with a salesman?
When purchasing at least 15 – 20 kg, we can have our sales employee at your address. Please contact us for this.
What are the payment options?
At www.guzelyayla.nl you can pay with iDeal, Sofort, PayPal and Bancontact. When selling on location by our sales employee, you can pay by card or cash.
What kinds of products do you have?
We have various types of cheese and traditionally prepared fresh butter.

How can I order?
Online order
- Click on shop.
- Add the desired products to your shopping cart.
- Click on your shopping cart.
- Check your order.
- Click on ‘checkout’.
- Enter your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address.
- Create an account if necessary (this is not mandatory).
- Then choose a payment method and click on ‘place order’.
- Pay your order.
- You will receive a confirmation by e-mail as soon as your order has been received.
- You will receive a track & trace email when your order is on its way.
Whatsapp order
- You call or text us on one of our Whatsapp numbers.
- You place your order (type of product and number of kg).
- You provide your name, address and e-mail address.
- You pay via a payment link or via bank transfer.
- Your order will be shipped.
- You will receive a track & trace email when your order is on its way.
When do I receive my order?
Unfortunately, we have no influence on the deliverytime at the postal companies. You can follow your order via a track & trace link.
Indication of the delivery times* of the postal company are:
Netherlands 1-2 working days
Belgium 1-2 working days
Germany 2-3 business days
France 2-3 business days
Austria 2-3 business days

How do you ship dairy products if they need to be kept cool?
We ship in special EPS boxes with gel packs that are suitable for food transport. This is a sustainable solution that allows us to guarantee a low temperature during delivery.
What does your fresh guarantee entail?
We guarantee the freshness of our products. In the unlikely event that a problem occurs upon receipt, we will take it in and you will receive new products in return. However, it is important that you report this within 24 hours. This is possible via email, but also via Whatsapp.
How long do your products last?
Unopened, the cheeses can be kept at a maximum temperature of 6 degrees until the best-before date indicated on the packaging. Opened cheeses have a limited shelf life depending on temperature (fluctuations) and humidity. You can extend the shelf life by freezing it.
Can I freeze my products?
Yes, you can freeze both our cheeses and butter.
Can I also come by to pick up my order?
If you contact us in advance, it is possible to collect your order.
FAQ – Business
I want to purchase as a wholesaler, is this possible?
Yes, we have different price and delivery conditions for business customers and wholesalers. Please contact us for the details.
Can I sell your products in my supermarket?
Yes, if you want to purchase as a retailer, this is of course possible. We have different packaging for supermarkets.
Do you also deliver?
Based on the agreements made, it is possible that your business order will be delivered by us. We have refrigerated vans.
Do you do private labeling?
Yes, we do private labeling for various major brands. This could also be a solution for your brand. Contact us to discuss the possibilities.
