At Güzelyayla, we constantly attempt to accomplish complete customer satisfaction. It may happen that you are not satisfied with our products. Therefore, we enable our customers to return their order. However, this only applies to our standard products. Unfortunately, cheese and butter products that are tailor-made for a customer cannot be returned. The shipping costs for returns have to be paid for by customers.
Conditions for returns
Products that are unstamped, damaged or (partly) used cannot be returned. If these conditions have been met, the amount of the returned products will be refunded by Güzelyayla as soon as possible after arrival of the shipment at our diary factory in Cuijk. The return payment could take a few days.
Conditions for a return shipment are as follows:
• The product cannot have been (partly) used;
• The product cannot be (partially) damaged;
• The original labels must still be attached to the product;
• The product should be returned in its original packaging.
We advise our customers to seek contact with our customer service prior to a return shipment by sending an email to email@example.com, including your order overview and an explanation of why you wish to return your product(s). After approval by our customer service, you could return your product(s) to the address stated below:
