Description

Cheese made from pasteurized cow’s milk, salt and microbiological rennet. This cheese is stretched out and cut into several blocks manually. The old cheese then ripens for another three months under conditioned conditions before it is ready to eat. Keep refrigerated (max. + 6o C)
