Refund policy
Article 6: Right of Withdrawal, Returns and Complaints
6.1 In distance sales, consumers generally have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days after receiving the product. This right applies only to products for which no legal exception applies.
6.2 There is no right of withdrawal for the following products:
a. products that may spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life;
b. cheese, butter and similar perishable food products that are shipped chilled;
c. products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose packaging or seal has been opened after delivery;
d. products that have been specially prepared or personalised at the customer’s request.
6.3 For nuts and other packaged food products, the right of withdrawal will be assessed based on the nature of the product, its shelf life, the condition of the packaging and hygiene rules. Food products whose packaging has been opened or whose seal has been broken may be excluded from return for health and hygiene reasons.
6.4 If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you may submit a request via the “Right of withdrawal / order cancellation” page on our website or send a clear statement to info@guzelyayla.nl. After receiving your request, we will send you an acknowledgment of receipt by email.
6.5 Your withdrawal request will be assessed based on whether the product legally falls within the scope of the right of withdrawal. Returns may be refused for perishable, chilled or hygiene-sensitive products for which the right of withdrawal does not apply.
6.6 If you believe that you have received a spoiled, damaged, incomplete or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the product, preferably within 24 hours, via info@guzelyayla.nl or +31615474500, preferably including photos. This notification does not limit the consumer’s statutory rights.
6.7 If a product has been delivered incorrectly, damaged or not in conformity with the agreement, the situation will be assessed within the framework of statutory consumer rights and an appropriate solution will be offered.
