General Terms and Conditions of Güzelyayla v.o.f.
Article 1: Definitions

1.2 Customer: The natural or legal person entering into an agreement with the entrepreneur.
1.3 Agreement: A sales contract between the customer and the entrepreneur regarding the offered products.
Article 2: Applicability
2.1 These general terms apply to all offers, agreements, and deliveries of the entrepreneur, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.2 By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms.
Article 3: Offers and Prices
3.1 The offer includes a clear description of the products and is as complete as possible.
3.2 All prices are in euros, including VAT and excluding shipping costs, unless stated otherwise.
3.3 The entrepreneur reserves the right to change prices.
Article 4: Orders and Payment
4.1 Orders can be placed via the website or other accepted channels.
4.2 Payment must be made using the available payment methods at the time of ordering.
4.3 The purchase is final once the payment has been received by the entrepreneur.
Article 5: Delivery and Shipping
5.1 The entrepreneur strives to dispatch orders within the indicated delivery time. The delivery time is an estimate and not binding.
5.2 The entrepreneur ships cheese products carefully packed and cooled.
5.3 If a product is out of stock, the entrepreneur will contact the customer as soon as possible. The customer can choose a refund, a replacement product, or a voucher of equal value.
5.4 The customer is responsible for entering the delivery address correctly and making any necessary changes via the courier’s portal. The entrepreneur is not liable for delays, costs, or other consequences due to incorrect address details.
5.5 If delivery to the specified address is not possible, the order will be delivered to a neighbor or the nearest collection point. The customer is responsible for collecting the order in a timely manner.
Article 6: Right of Withdrawal
6.1 The right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable products such as cheese, in accordance with Article 6:230p sub f of the Dutch Civil Code.
6.2 If a product is received spoiled, damaged, or incorrect, the customer must contact info@guzelyayla.nl or +31 615474500 within 24 hours.
Article 7: Liability
7.1 The entrepreneur is not liable for damage resulting from improper use or storage of delivered products.
7.2 The entrepreneur is only liable for direct damage caused by intent or gross negligence.
7.3 If a customer collects an order late from a pickup point, the entrepreneur is not responsible for any loss of quality or potential damage.
7.4 If an order cannot be delivered due to customer error (e.g., incorrect address), the entrepreneur is not obliged to redeliver or cover any costs. Additional costs for redelivery are entirely the customer’s responsibility.
Article 8: Privacy and Data Processing
8.1 The entrepreneur processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
8.2 More information on data collection, use, and protection can be found in the privacy policy on the website.
8.3 By placing an order, the customer agrees to the processing of their personal data as described in the privacy policy.
Article 9: Complaints
9.1 Complaints about products or services must be reported in writing to info@guzelyayla.nl within 7 days of delivery.
9.2 The entrepreneur aims to resolve complaints within 14 days.
Article 10: Other Provisions
10.1 These terms are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
10.2 Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
